This Is Me – Caleb Hodes

Hi! Caleb here, and welcome to my personal website. I’m guessing you’re a little curious about who I am and what makes me tick. This is a great place to begin. So here we go:

Familiar with the Myers-Briggs Personality Types? I’m a classic ENFP – the Campaigner – although I’m admittedly borderline on one or two of this type’s dimensions. Still, I’m driven by curiosity and constantly explore everything around me. And I’ll enthusiastically share what I’ve learned with others. I believe that innovation comes from an interdisciplinary and holistic approach.

My past 8 years have been about entrepreneurial pursuits. I’m driven by impact, whether it’s in my role or my organizations. At the same time, I have a deep appreciation for craft and community. It’s about learning, exploring, growing & creating. This is why I built Boston Teawrights from the ground up. This is why I built NYU’s Boston Alumni Group from our scrappy roots into one of my school’s top alumni organizations globally. I’m now taking my drive & entrepreneurial spirit and transitioning it into Product Management.

My diverse experience across tech and consumer goods, working alongside engineers & developers, designers & senior level executives taught me to be able to smoothly work in any environment. This made me adaptable, quick to learn, and able to communicate across functions & disciplines. I’m incredibly curious and am looking to join a community that’s building something impactful.

My current projects include Boston Teawrights, running NYU’s Boston Alumni Group, and occasionally hosting duties for Tea with Strangers.
